Your privacy is my top priority. This Privacy Policy describes how I handle your information when you use the NetHawk mobile application.

1. Local-First Diagnostics (Zero Data Collection)

NetHawk was designed under the principle that your network data belongs exclusively to you.

I do not store or transmit your local network data, IP addresses, or scan results to any external servers.
All network diagnostics (such as LAN scanning, port scanning, and ping tests) are performed strictly locally on your device.

2. Information I Collect and How I Use It

2.1. Network Data

To function correctly, the app requires access to your device's local network and Wi-Fi state. As stated above, this data is processed locally and I have no access to it at any time.

2.2. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Premium subscription transactions are processed by the Google Play Store and managed through RevenueCat. I do not store credit card details or payment methods. I only receive technical confirmation that your subscription is active to unlock Pro features.

3. Third-Party Services and Advertising

For users of the free version, I use Google AdMob to display advertisements. These services may collect advertising identifiers (such as the GAID) from your device for personalization and analytics purposes. You can manage these preferences directly in your Android device's privacy settings.

4. Requested Permissions

Local Network / Wi-Fi State: Necessary to scan your local network, resolve IP addresses, and perform diagnostic tests.
Internet: Necessary to serve advertisements (in the free version) and verify your premium subscription status.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Since I do not store your personal data on any servers, simply uninstalling the application or clearing the device data will result in the permanent removal of all local app data.

6. Security

I value your trust in using NetHawk. While the app operates locally to ensure your privacy, please remember that no method of electronic storage or internet transmission is 100% secure, and I cannot guarantee its absolute security.
